Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

Welcome to Soulzaa. Soulzaa is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable platform where users can connect, participate in live audio and video experiences, share content, and engage with creators. These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply to everyone using the Soulzaa Platform, including users, creators, agencies, moderators, partners, and any person accessing our services. By creating an account or using Soulzaa, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, removal from creator or agency programmes, forfeiture of virtual assets where permitted by law, and legal action where appropriate.

2. Scope

These Community Guidelines apply to all activities and content on Soulzaa, including but not limited to:

• User profiles
• Usernames and display names
• Profile photos
• Bios
• Audio Rooms
• Live Video Streams
• Live Chat
• Private Messages
• Moments
• Reels
• Comments
• Images
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Gifts
• Coins
• Creator activities
• Agency activities
• Advertisements
• Any other content or behaviour on the Platform

3. Respect Others

Treat everyone with dignity and respect. You must not:

• Harass, bully or intimidate others.
• Use abusive, threatening or degrading language.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Stalk or repeatedly contact users after being asked to stop.
• Target individuals or groups based on race, colour, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, disability, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.
• Promote discrimination or hateful ideologies. Healthy disagreements are permitted, but abusive behaviour is not.

4. Child Safety

Soulzaa is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Child exploitation
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sexualisation of minors
• Requests for explicit images involving minors
• Age misrepresentation
• Creating accounts for persons under 18 years of age
• Any conduct that violates child protection laws Any suspected child exploitation will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organisations.

5. Adult and Sexual Content

To maintain a safe community, the following are prohibited:

• Pornographic material
• Explicit nudity
• Sexual acts
• Sexually explicit live streams
• Sexual services
• Escort services
• Prostitution
• Fetish content
• Sexual solicitation
• Requests for sexual favours
• Sexually explicit roleplay intended for public audiences Limited non-explicit artistic or educational content may be permitted at Soulzaa’s discretion where allowed by law.

6. Live Streaming Rules

Hosts and participants must maintain a safe and respectful environment. During live streams or audio rooms, users must not:

• Display nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Promote violence or criminal activity.
• Broadcast copyrighted content without permission.
• Encourage dangerous challenges.
• Display graphic violence or gore.
• Conduct fraudulent giveaways.
• Promote scams.
• Impersonate Soulzaa employees.
• Display illegal products or services.
• Encourage harassment or abuse. Hosts are responsible for moderating their own rooms and may be held accountable for repeated violations occurring within their broadcasts.

7. Chat and Messaging

Private messages and chats must not be used to:

• Send spam.
• Send phishing links.
• Distribute malware.
• Request passwords or OTPs.
• Harass users.
• Stalk users.
• Share intimate images without consent.
• Reveal another person’s private information.
• Promote scams or fraudulent schemes.

8. Profiles and Identity

Users must accurately represent themselves. The following are prohibited:

• Fake identities
• Impersonating another person
• Impersonating celebrities
• Impersonating Soulzaa employees
• Fake verification badges
• Stolen photographs
• Misleading profile information
• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement Verified creators may be required to complete identity verification.

9. Moments, Reels and User Content

Content uploaded to Moments, Reels or similar features must not contain:

• Pornography
• Graphic violence
• Animal abuse
• Illegal activities
• Drug manufacturing or trafficking
• Promotion of weapons trafficking
• Dangerous stunts intended to cause harm
• Suicide encouragement
• Terrorist propaganda
• Violent extremism
• Fraudulent investment schemes
• Misleading or manipulated media intended to deceive others Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload any content.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Upload only content that you own or have permission to use. You must not:

• Upload pirated movies.
• Broadcast sporting events without authorisation.
• Stream copyrighted television programmes.
• Share copyrighted music without permission.
• Infringe trademarks.
• Remove copyright notices. Soulzaa may remove infringing content without prior notice and may suspend repeat offenders.

11. Authentic Behaviour

To maintain a fair platform, users must not:

• Artificially increase followers.
• Purchase fake engagement.
• Manipulate rankings.
• Use automated bots.
• Use scripts or automation tools.
• Create fake accounts.
• Operate multiple accounts to manipulate platform features.
• Farm rewards or promotions.
• Abuse referral programmes.

12. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

• Follow all platform rules.
• Respect viewers.
• Avoid misleading promotions.
• Clearly disclose sponsored content where required.
• Complete verification where requested.
• Comply with payout requirements.
• Maintain a safe broadcasting environment. Creators must not:
• Sell verification.
• Offer fake giveaways.
• Manipulate rankings.
• Encourage policy violations.
• Mislead users regarding earnings.
• Circumvent platform policies. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Creator Programme.

13. Virtual Gifts, Coins and Payments

Users must not:

• Buy or sell Coins outside official Soulzaa purchasing channels.
• Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Abuse refund systems.
• Exchange virtual items for real money outside authorised settlement programmes.
• Attempt to manipulate virtual economies. Fraudulent financial activity may result in immediate permanent suspension and legal action.

14. Illegal Activities

Soulzaa prohibits content involving:

• Drugs
• Human trafficking
• Terrorism
• Violent extremist organisations
• Weapons trafficking
• Money laundering
• Fraud
• Identity theft
• Financial scams
• Counterfeit goods
• Criminal organisations
• Cybercrime
• Hacking services Illegal activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others. Do not publicly share:

• Phone numbers
• Home addresses
• Government identification numbers
• Passport details
• Banking information
• Passwords
• OTPs
• Personal medical information
• Private photographs without consent Respect the confidentiality of other users at all times.

16. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by trained moderation teams. Where appropriate, Soulzaa may prioritise reports involving:

• Child safety
• Threats of violence
• Fraud
• Harassment
• Illegal activities
• Security risks False or malicious reporting may itself constitute a violation of these Guidelines.

17. Enforcement

Depending on the severity, frequency or impact of a violation, Soulzaa may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove content
• Restrict visibility
• Disable comments
• Restrict messaging
• Suspend gifting privileges
• Suspend withdrawal privileges
• Remove creator privileges
• Remove agency privileges
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Remove leaderboard rankings
• Forfeit virtual assets where permitted by law
• Report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities
• Initiate legal proceedings where appropriate Soulzaa reserves the right to remove any content or restrict any account that poses a risk to user safety, platform integrity or legal compliance, even if the conduct is not expressly described in these Guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without prior warning. Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated must not create or use another account to circumvent enforcement actions.

18. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action has been taken in error, you may submit an appeal through Soulzaa’s official support channels. Soulzaa will review eligible appeals and may reverse or modify enforcement decisions where appropriate. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or accounts.

19. Updates to These Guidelines

Soulzaa may revise these Community Guidelines from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date and will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of Soulzaa after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Community Guidelines.
