Safety & Child Protection Policy

1. Introduction
At Soulzaa (“Soulzaa”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), user safety is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. This Safety & Child Protection Policy explains our approach to protecting users, preventing abuse, safeguarding children, moderating content, and responding to harmful or illegal activities on the Soulzaa mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, and other Platform policies. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Adults Only Platform
Soulzaa is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users must accurately confirm their age during account registration. Where permitted by applicable law, Soulzaa may request age verification or identity verification to confirm eligibility. If Soulzaa becomes aware or reasonably believes that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, we may, without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
- Remove associated content.
- Delete or restrict access to personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
- Take any additional action required by applicable law.
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Soulzaa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE). The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child exploitation
- Grooming or attempting to exploit minors
- Soliciting explicit images, videos, or personal information from minors
- Sexual conversations involving minors
- Promoting, facilitating, or encouraging child exploitation
- Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children Any account found to be involved in such activities may be immediately and permanently terminated. Where required or permitted by applicable law, Soulzaa may preserve evidence and report such activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies or child protection authorities.
4. User Safety
To help maintain a safe community, users must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Encourage violence or self-harm.
- Engage in stalking or repeated unwanted contact.
- Share another person’s private or confidential information without permission.
- Impersonate another individual, organisation, or public figure.
- Use the Platform to facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive behaviour. Soulzaa reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against users who violate these rules.
5. Content Safety
Users must not upload, publish, stream, transmit, or otherwise share content that includes:
- Sexual exploitation
- Nudity intended for sexual gratification
- Child exploitation or abuse
- Graphic violence
- Terrorist or extremist content
- Human trafficking
- Illegal activities
- Dangerous criminal behaviour
- Hate speech
- Content encouraging violence or self-harm
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Content that violates applicable laws Content that violates this Policy may be removed immediately without prior notice.
6. Live Streaming & Audio Room Safety
Hosts, Creators, moderators, and participants are responsible for maintaining a safe environment during live streams and audio rooms. Soulzaa may:
- Remove Live Streams or Audio Rooms that violate Platform policies.
- Restrict chat or interactive features.
- Mute or remove participants.
- Suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts.
- Restrict Creator privileges where appropriate. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
7. Safety by Design
Soulzaa incorporates safety measures designed to help protect users and promote a respectful community, including where applicable:
- User reporting tools
- User blocking and muting features
- Content filtering technologies
- Automated detection of potentially harmful content
- Human moderation of reported content
- Identity verification for eligible Creators
- Privacy controls for profile visibility and interactions
- Security systems to detect spam, bots, fraud, and abusive behaviour These safety measures are regularly reviewed and may be updated to improve Platform safety.
8. Reporting Safety Concerns
Users are encouraged to report any content, behaviour, or activity that violates this Policy, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. Reports may include, but are not limited to:
- Child Safety concerns
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child exploitation or grooming
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech
- Threats or violence
- Self-harm or suicide-related content
- Fraud or scams
- Fake or impersonation accounts
- Terrorist or extremist content
- Human trafficking
- Illegal activities
- Copyright infringement
- Any other harmful or inappropriate behaviour Reports are reviewed using a combination of automated systems and trained human moderators. Reports involving immediate safety risks may be prioritised for expedited review.
9. Moderation & Enforcement
Soulzaa uses a combination of automated detection systems, artificial intelligence technologies, user reports, internal investigations, and human moderation to identify and address content or behaviour that may violate our policies. Depending on the severity or frequency of the violation, Soulzaa may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove content
- Remove Live Streams
- Remove Audio Rooms
- Remove Reels or Moments
- Issue warnings
- Restrict Platform features
- Temporarily suspend accounts
- Permanently terminate accounts
- Remove Creator privileges
- Withhold Creator settlements where permitted by applicable law
- Preserve evidence where legally required
- Report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform without prior notice.
10. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action has been taken in error, you may submit an appeal through Soulzaa’s official support channels. Appeals will be reviewed by the moderation team based on the available evidence and applicable Platform policies. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of content, features, or accounts. Soulzaa reserves the right to make the final decision regarding policy enforcement, subject to applicable laws.
11. Privacy & Personal Information
Soulzaa encourages users to protect both their own privacy and the privacy of others. Users should never publicly share or request:
- Government-issued identification documents
- Home or residential addresses
- Phone numbers
- Banking or payment information
- Passwords
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
- Personal financial information
- Any other sensitive personal information Users who intentionally disclose another person’s private information without permission may be subject to enforcement action.
12. Cooperation with Authorities
Where required or permitted by applicable law, Soulzaa may cooperate with:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Child protection authorities
- Government agencies
- Courts
- Regulatory authorities in connection with investigations involving:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Human trafficking
- Terrorism
- Financial fraud
- Payment fraud
- Violent threats
- Cybercrime
- Other serious criminal offences Where legally required, Soulzaa may preserve, disclose, or provide relevant information to authorised authorities.
13. Emergency Situations
Soulzaa Support is not an emergency response service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, is at risk of serious harm, or requires urgent assistance, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or law enforcement authorities.
14. Policy Updates
Soulzaa may update this Safety & Child Protection Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, technology, business operations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we may:
- Update the “Last Updated” date.
- Publish the revised Policy on the Platform or official website.
- Notify users through the Platform or other appropriate communication channels where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
