Creator Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Soulzaa Creator Program. The Soulzaa Creator Program enables eligible users to create live streams, host audio rooms, publish content, engage with the Soulzaa community, receive Virtual Gifts, and participate in monetisation opportunities offered by Soulzaa. This Creator Policy forms part of the legally binding agreement between you and Soulzaa. By applying for or participating in the Creator Program, you agree to comply with:
- Soulzaa Terms & Conditions
- Soulzaa Privacy Policy
- Soulzaa Community Guidelines
- All applicable laws and regulations
- This Creator Policy Soulzaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in the Creator Program where this Policy is violated.
2. Eligibility
To become a Soulzaa Creator, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold an active Soulzaa account in good standing.
- Complete identity verification (KYC) if requested.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and Soulzaa policies.
- Not be prohibited from participating under any applicable sanctions or legal restrictions. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Soulzaa reserves the sole discretion to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke Creator status at any time.
3. Application and Approval
To participate in the Creator Program, eligible users may be required to submit an application. Soulzaa may evaluate factors including:
- Account history
- Community behaviour
- Content quality
- Compliance history
- Identity verification
- Platform safety considerations Additional information or documentation may be requested before approval.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
To protect the integrity of the platform and comply with legal obligations, Soulzaa may require Creators to complete identity verification. Verification may include:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Selfie or facial verification
- Date of birth verification
- Payment account verification
- Tax information where required by law Soulzaa may request re-verification periodically or whenever suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of creator privileges or settlement eligibility.
5. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for all content and activities conducted through their accounts, including:
- Live Streams
- Audio Rooms
- Reels
- Moments
- Comments
- Profile information
- Messages
- Promotional content Creators must:
- Treat all users respectfully.
- Maintain professional conduct.
- Follow all Soulzaa policies.
- Protect community safety.
- Ensure all published content complies with applicable laws. Creators remain solely responsible for the content they create and share.
6. Content Standards
Creators must not publish, promote, or facilitate content involving:
- Pornography or sexually explicit material
- Child exploitation or abuse
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Graphic violence or gore
- Terrorism or extremist content
- Human trafficking
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons trafficking
- Fraud or scams
- Gambling where prohibited by law
- Dangerous challenges intended to cause harm
- Suicide or self-harm encouragement
- Medical misinformation
- Deliberately false or deceptive information likely to cause harm
- Copyright or trademark infringement All creator content must comply with the Soulzaa Community Guidelines.
7. Live Streaming Standards
Creators hosting live streams or audio rooms must:
- Maintain appropriate behaviour and language.
- Wear appropriate clothing.
- Avoid displaying explicit or offensive material.
- Refrain from broadcasting copyrighted content without permission.
- Ensure guests also comply with platform rules.
- Avoid misleading viewers or making false promises. Creators are responsible for moderating their broadcasts and may be held accountable for repeated violations occurring within their live sessions.
8. Virtual Gifts and Earnings
Eligible Creators may receive Virtual Gifts from users. Virtual Gifts:
- Have no independent monetary value.
- Cannot be redeemed directly for cash.
- May be converted into Soul Gems according to Soulzaa’s official conversion rules.
- Are subject to review for fraud or abuse. Soulzaa may modify:
- Gift values
- Soul Gem conversion rates
- Eligible gift types
- Monetisation programmes Changes may take effect without prior notice where permitted by law. Fraudulently obtained gifts or earnings may be removed or reversed.
9. Creator Settlements
Creator settlements are subject to:
- Successful identity verification
- Compliance with platform policies
- Fraud and security reviews
- Minimum payout thresholds (where applicable)
- Submission of valid payment details
- Completion of any required tax documentation Soulzaa may:
- Delay settlements
- Hold settlements
- Reject settlements
- Reverse settlements
- Offset settlements against verified fraud or chargebacks Settlement processing times may vary depending on operational, legal, regulatory, banking, or compliance requirements. Soulzaa does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings.
10. Promotions and Sponsorships
Creators participating in sponsored campaigns must:
- Comply with applicable advertising laws.
- Clearly disclose paid partnerships where required.
- Avoid misleading advertising.
- Not falsely represent sponsorship by Soulzaa.
- Obtain any required permissions before promoting third-party products or services. Soulzaa may remove promotional content that violates platform policies.
11. Authentic Engagement
Creators must not manipulate platform engagement. Prohibited activities include:
- Purchasing followers
- Purchasing viewers
- Purchasing Virtual Gifts
- Artificially inflating engagement
- Using bots or automation
- Creating multiple accounts to increase earnings
- Device farming
- Vote manipulation
- Ranking manipulation
- Referral abuse Violation may result in permanent removal from the Creator Program.
12. Account Security
Creators are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Creators must:
- Protect login credentials.
- Use strong passwords.
- Keep recovery information current.
- Promptly notify Soulzaa of unauthorised access. Creators must not:
- Sell creator accounts.
- Transfer creator accounts.
- Share accounts with unauthorised persons.
- Allow third parties to misuse creator privileges.
13. Agency Relationships
Where Creators are associated with an approved Soulzaa Agency:
- Agencies must comply with Soulzaa policies.
- Creators remain individually responsible for complying with this Policy.
- Agency membership does not guarantee earnings or settlements.
- Private agreements between Creators and Agencies are the responsibility of the parties involved unless expressly approved by Soulzaa. Soulzaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate agency relationships for policy violations.
14. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of the original content they create, subject to any rights granted under the Soulzaa Terms & Conditions. By uploading content, Creators grant Soulzaa the licence necessary to host, display, distribute, reproduce, and promote such content for the operation and improvement of the Platform. Creators may only upload content they own or have permission to use. Soulzaa may remove infringing content without prior notice. Repeated copyright violations may result in permanent removal from the Creator Program.
15. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Creators are solely responsible for:
- Paying applicable taxes.
- Complying with financial reporting requirements.
- Meeting local legal obligations.
- Maintaining accurate payment information. Soulzaa may request additional information where required by applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
Soulzaa may suspend or terminate Creator status where a Creator:
- Violates platform policies.
- Provides false information.
- Commits payment fraud.
- Receives repeated policy violations.
- Engages in illegal activities.
- Fails identity verification.
- Manipulates engagement or earnings.
- Endangers user safety or platform integrity. Upon termination, Soulzaa may:
- Remove Creator badges.
- Remove monetisation privileges.
- Remove leaderboard eligibility.
- Cancel promotional participation.
- Withhold or adjust pending settlements where permitted by law and necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Users whose Creator status has been terminated must not attempt to circumvent enforcement by creating additional accounts.
17. Appeals
Creators who believe enforcement action has been taken in error may submit an appeal through Soulzaa’s official support channels. Soulzaa will review eligible appeals and may uphold, modify, or reverse its decision at its discretion. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement or payment.
18. Changes to This Policy
Soulzaa may revise this Creator Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised Last Updated date and will become effective on the date specified. Your continued participation in the Creator Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
