How a room works
Every room is built around nine microphone seats. A host runs the room and decides who comes up; anyone listening can request a seat and take the mic when the host approves. Listeners are never obliged to speak — plenty of regulars stay in the text chat all night, and that counts as being there.

The room is more than a call

Do I have to talk in an audio room?
No. Taking a seat is always your choice. Many people listen and use the text chat instead, and hosts do not pressure listeners to come up.
How many people can speak in one room?
Nine seats are available on the mic at any time. There is no cap on how many people can listen and chat alongside them.
Are live audio rooms free?
Yes. Joining rooms, listening, chatting and taking the mic are all free. Coins are only needed if you want to send gifts.
Can I start my own audio room?
Yes. Any account can open a room, set a theme and topic, and host it. Hosts control who takes the mic in the rooms they run.
